  • Minute  22 – the Scripture should be Deuteronomy chapters 27 to 33 and NOT Deuteronomy chapter 27 Verse 33
  • Minute 22:16 – The Palestinian Covenant is an Everlasting Covenant and NOT a Temporary Covenant – The Palestinian Covenant is made with the Nation of Israel, especially the Second and New Generation at the End of the 40 Years Wilderness Wanderings and before they entered the Canaan Land, the Land of Promised in the Abrahamic Covenant (Genesis 15:18-21). The Palestinian Covenant laid out the conditions for entering into and maintaining the Promised Land Deuteronomy Chapters 27 to 33.

  • Minute 43.52 – The Palestinian Covenant is an Everlasting Covenant and NOT a Temporary Covenant, and DOES NOT pass away.

Synopsis: The Bible consists of two chapters on Creation (Genesis chapters 1 & 2), the Edenic Covenant, before the Fall of Adam & Eve and the Entrance of Sin.

The Bible is called “the Book of Redemption,” as God’s Redemptive Work of Restoration of Adam & Eve and Mankind and God’s Creation Groans (Romans 8:19-22), started in Genesis chapter 3, after the Fall, and continued to Revelation chapter 22.

The Bible begins with God’s Creative Work in Genesis chapters 1 & 2, also, involved the First-Marriage – Adam & Eve, – before the Entrance of Sin, in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:21-25). The Bible ends with the Marriage of Christ (the Last Adam – 1Corinthians 15:45) and His Bride (Revelation 19:7-9; 22:17).

God’s Redemptive Work of Restoration of Israel and the Church is laid out in God’s Covenants (Adamic {Genesis 3}; Noahic {Genesis 6 to 9}; Abrahamic {Genesis 12:1 to 22:18}; Mosaic {Nation of Israel only- Exodus 20 to 40} Palestinian {Promised Land to the Nation of Israel – Genesis 15:18-21; Deuteronomy 27 to 33}; Davidic {2Samuel 7; Psalm 89; Psalm 132}; New Covenant {Jeremiah 31:31-34; Ezekiel 36:24-28; Matthew 26:28}).

The “Everlasting Covenant” (Hebrews 13:20) – Made in Eternity, before time began, involved God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit – All Comprehensive Covenant, involving God’s Eternal Plan & Purpose for Mankind, seen and outworked in the Covenants: Edenic, Adamic, Noahic, Abrahamic, Mosaic, Palestinian, Davidic, New Covenant, on Earth for Mankind.

The greatest passage on the subject on: “Times (Kairos) of Refreshing,” and “Times (Chronos) of Restoration,” in the N.T. is in Acts 3:18-26. The “Times of Refreshing” involves God’s Presence (Acts 3:19) – an Opportune, strategic or now time – involved God’s Mind & Will. “Times of Restoration,” involves the Restoration of: “ALL-THINGS,” spoken by the mouths of “ALL of God’s Holy PROPHETS” (Acts 3:21), involved God’s Plan & Purpose (God’s Counsel). The following points are noted:

  • The term “Prophets” is mentioned six times (Acts 3:18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25), from Moses to Samuel.
  • Moses, the greatest O.T. Prophet (Acts 3:22; Deuteronomy 34:10), represents “the Law.” Samuel, the Prophet (1Samuel 3:19-21; Acts 3:24), represents “the Spirit of the Law.”
  • Principle: God’s Word (represented by Moses) and God’s Spirit (represented by Samuel) works together, not either or – Genesis 1:2b – God’s Spirit Moves; Genesis 1:3, 6, 9, etc – God’s Said {Word}. Also, 2Peter 1:19-21 – 2Samuel 23:2 “The Spirit of the LORD spoke by me, and His Word was on my tongue.”
  • Christ, the Prophet (Acts 3:22, 23; Deuteronomy 18:15-19). Christ, “The Word Made Flesh” (John 1:14) – God’s Word quickened by God’s Spirit give life and bring reality (John 6:63; 2Corinthians 3:6).
  • All the O.T. Prophets from Samuel onwards foretold of the NT (Covenant) Days – Acts 3:24 “Yes, and all the Prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days.

Thus, there are about 4,200 passages in the Old Testament, showing forth God’s Redemptive Plan, for the Restoration of the Nation of Israel and the Restoration of the Church, at the End of the Age; for example, there are 404 Verses in the Book of Revelation, which has about 550 quotations from the O.T.
